The Government to keep improving business environment

In 2015 and 2016, Vietnam will take particular measures to facilitate innovation in the growth model, improve productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness in business environment. Particularly:

>> Đơn giản hóa thủ tục thành lập doanh nghiệp

- 2015:

+ The time spent on paying tax does not exceed 121.5 hours per year; time spent on paying social insurance does not exceed 49.5 hours per year.

+ Over 95% of enterprises declare tax electronically; at least 90% of enterprises pay tax electronically.

+ The duration of procedures for business initiation does not exceed 6 days; duration of procedures for enterprise bankruptcy reduces from 60 months to 30 months at the longest.

+ Time limit for electricity access is 36 days with regard to medium-voltage grid.

- 2016:

+ Simplify procedures and reduce the time spent on obtaining construction licenses to 77 days at the longest.

+ Reduce time spent on registration of right to ownership, right to enjoyment of property to 14 days at the longest.

And other targets are specified in Resolution No. 19/NQ-CP dated March 12, 2015.
